"A truly authentic Mexican restaurant serving up tasty dishes."
"This is child size portions Not impressed with the service and food quality."
"Small place but generally has plenty of people here."
5 We ordered nachos, and I ordered a michelada. Nachos were good, and so was the drink! Came here for a quick dinner bite with a friend. It was not crowded when we arrived. Our order was taken in pretty quick. The food also came pretty quick. The employees seem to have the option of being able to wear a mask or not. Same for the guests.
5 Everything! From service to drinks to sauces, to EVERYTHING. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I was raised in NY and this reminds me of that authentic mix of Hispanic food! I bring coworkers here often as well and everyone has amazed at the food and cost. I usually get the fish with rice and beans in a salad the Tamarind drink is amazing! It's definitely a whole experience that I enjoy
5 Let me just say! This little whole in the wall!! It's for me and Mister! Food perfect, services perfect, drinks perfect! Mister had the fried fish and pulled pork Taco! I had steak Taco and the beef touge Taco! Sooooooo delicious . Highly recommend
5 Best chilaquiles you will ever eat. The chicken is seasoned well, the tortillas chips still have a good crunch, and the salsa is perfect. They can’t be beat.
5 Authentic taqueria 100%, and amazing! I see some bad reviews due to the fact that they mostly speak spanish, not a ton of güeros here, but thats when you KNOW its good. A lot of Mexican workers and families, my passable spanish came in handy! A great authentic experience, and the place is always busy because those that know, know! You guys keep doing what you do, they speak great english at Taco Bell!
5 An unassuming place that doesn't disappoint. The service is great and the food options are too. I've four shrimp items there; the shrimp burrito, shrimp nachos, shrimp tacos and shrimp quesadillas (pictured). If you're in the area you should definitely give them a try.
5 This is a favorite for me and my family. Their quesadillas are to die for. Be sure to get them with all the peppers and onions. I normally call ahead and get them to go and hit up the salsa bar while I’m waiting for them to complete my order. While the beef and chicken quesadillas are delicious, venture a little bit and get the lengua - it’s really good! Don’t miss the roasted jalapeños on the top shelf of the salsa bar. When I first started going here a several years ago, I never saw another person that looked like me and I took that as a great sign. The food is authentic. The service is friendly. If you want to dine in, I can see where at times it might be a little tight, but normally when I go there, there are place there are places to sit. This place is a favorite of mine.
5 Oh my goodness.... yummy yum yum. A truly authentic Mexican restaurant serving up tasty dishes. I personally devour the tacos every time I order here. Most of the patrons and staff are spanish speaking, so having some familiarity with the language does help when ordering or reading the menu. Weekends can get crowded but whether you dine-in or take-out, you won't be disappointed. Service is relatively fast and menu items are reasonably priced. This is a self serve counter order type of establishment. Parking is limited with overflow available behind or next door. I'm definitely looking forward to exploring more of their menu items.
Customers love the tacos—especially fried fish, pulled pork, steak, and beef tongue—and the chilaquiles. Drinks like micheladas and tamarind beverages are also favorites.
It’s great for both quick bites and a casual sit-down meal, with fast service and counter-style seating in a cozy, casual setting.
Visits tend to be more relaxed during off-peak hours; some customers found it not crowded during their quick dinner visits.
Yes, it’s kid-friendly with a kids’ menu and high chairs, and works well for groups looking for a casual dining experience.
The restaurant has wheelchair accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating, along with free parking and multiple payment options including credit cards and mobile payments.
